Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays).
Shipping Methods: We ship via reliable domestic and international carriers. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary by location (typically 1-5 business days within Japan). We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs (for international orders), or unforeseen events.
Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
International Shipping: For orders outside Japan, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We are not liable for customs-related delays or seizures.

Return and Refund Policy

Non-Returnable Items:
- Normal orders (change of mind, wrong flavor preference, or no longer needed).
- Opened or partially used coffee beans (due to food safety and hygiene reasons).
- Custom or personalized items (if any).
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
Return Process:
1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package with photos of the damage/defect and order number.
2. We will review the request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
3. Returned items must be in original condition (for non-food items) with all packaging.
4. Approved returns may result in replacement or store credit (no cash refunds unless required by law).
Refunds: Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
